SHIPPING & RETURNS
Order and Shipping Confirmation
Once you successfully place your order, you will receive an email confirmation including your order number. Please make sure your shipping address is correct - unfortunately we can't chase the mailman to reroute your package once it is on its way.
Orders can take up to 5 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.
We now ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany and Italy and we are working on expanding to other countries soon. Please note, not all items can ship to all countries. Non-US shipping eligibility is indicated on the item detail page. Thank you so much for your patience as we expand our international presence.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping (1 to 4 business day transit) on all orders is $5. Please note that order processing may take up to 5 business days after the order is placed, meaning you may receive your package in as little as 5 business days or as many as 8 business days.

Taxes
We're happy to operate as a nonprofit. Since we are tax-exempt, that means you are too! For as long as we can, we won't charge tax on our products. It's a win for everyone!
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned unworn in new condition. To return an item, simply bring it with you to one of our in-person events or email us at madeinevansville@evansvilledesign.org.
Exchanges
Since we don't have a storefront, we understand that your best guess on size may not always be what works best in the end. In the case that you need to make an exchange, reach out to us at madeinevansville@evansvilledesign.org and we'll do our best to make it as smooth a swap as possible!
Receiving a Refund
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the product price less a the return label fee if applicable. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
